2026 Dance & Gymnastics Summer Camp Registration
Thank you for your interest in our summer camp! This one-touch signup form will forward your information to our camp coordinators, who will be in touch with any details as needed.
You will complete this registration for each student unless you are passing the $250 family price cap, in which case you will complete one form with all students' names, and we will separate their accounts after. If you are a current student, please have the admin team charge your existing account.

(2) Please include all participating children's names in the First Name slot of the waiver. We will make them their individual accounts following receipt of this form.

Summer camp is NON-refundable. If you cannot attend, you will be issued a member credit for other events or programs at the Dojo.
