Thank you for your interest in Kazoku Isan Dojo!! We look forward to starting you on your karate journey!!! Please fill out the below form with the students information and sign all 3 attached waivers at the bottom. Once this is completed we will email you with an invite to sign up for the student portal where you can book classes. When this form is filled out you will be charged $75 for your first month of training. Please note any weapons or gear will be an additional charge.
