WHAT TO WEAR:
1. Clean sneakers. We try to keep our mats free of outside contaminants. The sneakers don't have to be pristine but we ask make sure there are no small pebbles in the treads. Also, in case of wet or snowy weather, please wear other footwear to class and carry in your sneakers. This is the only requirement, everything else is a suggestion.
2. Athletic pants. Sweatpants, yoga pants, crossfit pants, hiking pants. Anything in which you feel comfortable moving around and getting sweaty.
3. Short or long-sleeved t-shirt, but we suggest students do not wear a tank top.
4. Sports bra. If you wear a sports bra for other physical activity, we suggest you wear one for this class.
