Kids Beginner Jiu-Jitsu - Free Trial Class

Our kids classes are a fun, safe, and structured introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on building confidence, coordination, and respect, while making sure the kids enjoy themselves and look forward to coming back each week.

Most children starting in this class are complete beginners, so no experience is needed. Our coaches guide them step by step and make sure every child feels included.

Your child’s free trial class is a great way to see if they enjoy it, meet the coaches, and experience the environment before making any decision.

What to Bring:
