Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable sports clothing with **no pockets, zips or exposed metal**. For Gi classes, we’ll provide a Gi to borrow upon arrival. For No-Gi classes, wear a fitted T-shirt or rash guard with sports shorts or leggings.
